I recently bought a custom golf towel and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The quality of the towel was disappointing—the fabric felt cheap and didn’t have the soft, absorbent feel I was expecting. The overall look was also off, as it didn’t match the vibrant, higher-quality appearance I thought I’d be getting.

I also had pictures printed on the towel, but the images weren’t clear or visible as I had hoped. It was clear that they hadn’t been enhanced or edited to make them look their best. It would have been really helpful if they had contacted me to let me know they were having issues with the photos, or if they had asked if I had higher-quality images to provide. A little more communication on their part could have improved both the product and my overall experience.

In the end, I was left feeling unsatisfied with the product and the customer service. A bit more attention to detail and proactive communication would have made a big difference.
